AI website assistant for small business sites
An AI website assistant answers from your content and moves the page with the answer. In development.

AI website assistant: the problem in the customer's words
An AI website assistant is a voice on your site that answers a visitor out loud. It uses only the content on your own pages. The page moves to what it is explaining, by scrolling to a section or opening the page where the answer lives. It is not a chatbot, and it is not finished.
Here's the part your analytics can't show you. Somebody lands on your site at nine at night, phone in hand, comparing three shops for a job worth real money. They have one question: do you work out this far, how long is the wait, what does a job like this run. They scroll. There's a phone number and a form. They aren't calling a business at nine at night, so they go back and ask the next shop.
The two things you've tried fail the same way. A contact form makes the visitor do the work: guess what you need, write it out, wait. A chat widget mostly sits there. Customers describe it as "a canned reply or a form asking for your email, then two days for an answer that could have lived on the page."
How it helps your business
Talking website AI answers at nine at night
Small business purchases get researched at nine at night on a phone. The visitor may compare three shops, clinics, restaurants, or service companies. The one whose site answers back has a better chance of getting called in the morning.
The contact form stops being the only door
A form asks the visitor to do the work. A conversation answers them first, then asks for the name and number once they care. Same lead, none of the friction.
The questions you keep answering become content
The transcripts show exactly what people ask before they buy. Those questions go into your service pages, into the quote template, and into ad copy that sounds like your customers.
It qualifies before you pick up the phone
It asks the two questions you'd ask on the phone — what's the job, and when do you need it — so what reaches you is a lead with context instead of a bare name and number.
Talking is easier than typing for some visitors
A voice route removes the typing, which helps anyone reading on a phone with their hands full or with a motor limitation, and anyone using a screen reader. A second way in, not a replacement for the form.
Proof
Invoca's customer data found 26% of calls from potential customers go unanswered across industries, up to 60% in some. Its home-services analysis puts missed calls at 27%, with under 3% of voicemail callers leaving a message. https://www.invoca.com/press-release/invoca-launches-new-solution-to-recover-revenue-from-missed-sales-and-appointment-setting-calls
54% of consumers visit a business's website after reading positive reviews, up from 32% in 2019, according to BrightLocal's 2026 consumer review survey. The website visit is a buying step, not a browsing step. https://www.brightlocal.com/research/local-consumer-review-survey/
Invoca's 2026 buyer report found 38% of consumers blame the brand alone when a brand's AI fails, against 14% who blame the technology. That number is why we won't ship this early. https://www.invoca.com/blog/2026-report-consumers-embrace-ai-demand-fast-responses-brands-increases
Gartner forecasts, as reported in a third-party release, that more than 40% of agentic AI projects will be cancelled by the end of 2027, mostly over unclear value and rising costs. https://prnewswire.com/news-releases/pendo-launches-pendo-for-agents-ending-an-era-of-annoying-unhelpful-ai-agents-that-are-worse-than-humans-302885516.html
What we can't give you: a study on what an unanswered website visit costs a small business, because nobody has published one. And no client results, no testimonials, no performance numbers for this service. There aren't any yet.
FAQ
It isn't available yet. Why are you telling me about it now?
Because the hard part works. The voice conversation and the site navigation both run in testing, and early access clients help decide what gets finished next. Still being built: the client dashboard and reporting, the setup tooling that makes multi-page navigation reliable on a new site, and the packaging. No case studies exist, and we're not naming a launch date.
Is this just a chatbot with a voice?
No, and the difference is testable in about fifteen seconds. A chatbot sits in a box in the corner waiting for somebody to type into it. This one answers out loud and moves your website — scrolls, highlights, opens the right page — while it's answering.
What if it makes something up about my prices or my hours?
That's the real risk with anything like this, so it answers only from your own content, and when the answer isn't there it says "I don't know, let me get someone" instead of guessing. It won't invent a lead time, a price or a service area. We test it with deliberately awkward questions first.
Will it understand accents and a noisy job site?
Mostly, not always. Strong accents, background noise and long rambling questions can all trip speech recognition, and expect the occasional "sorry, can you say that again". Some visitors will find the whole idea strange, which is why the button is theirs to press, there's no auto-start, and if it ever stops working the site behaves exactly as it did.
Will it work on my existing site?
Usually, if the content is on the pages and the site is reasonably built, because it reads your own pages and everything the site says, it can say. If your site is thin or built so a machine can't read the text, the honest first step is the website build. This isn't built for e-commerce carts either. We'll tell you before you spend anything.
What does it cost, and how do I get in early?
A one-time build fee to set it up, then a monthly fee to run it, because every conversation uses a live voice service that costs money by the minute. We're not publishing figures: the pilot builds are priced individually while we learn what a normal month of conversations looks like. There's no self-serve signup; call 1-855-566-4446 about early access.
